According to a press release, Hoobastank is set to release their long-awaited album, PUSH/PULL, on May 25th, 2018. The album will be released under the independent label of Napalm Records. This album will blow you away with the revolution of the sounds from the 80's and 90's.

Hoobastank partnered with producer Matt Wallace to allow Hoobastank to express their musical talents in this new album. For listeners, you will be transported back in time to the feel and sounds of the late 80s and early 90s blended with the present day twist of the multi Grammy nominated band-- Hoobastank.

Doug Robb, the vocalist for Hoobastank, explains, “We never stopped exchanging musical ideas. We stopped attempting to recreate any formula and did what made us happy and we play to our strengths--take it or leave it."

This new album shows how Hoobastank is maturing as a band. The band explores both rock and pop songwriting on this new album and it shows a new invigorated side of Hoobastank.

In summation, PUSH/PULL finds Hoobastank looking to the past influences and combining it with what has established them in the current pop-rock scene. Keep a look out for their announcement of tour dates this year.
